Species include a mix of Desert Raisin (Solanum centrale), Native Spinach (Tetragonia tetragonoides), Wild Tomato (Solanum orbiculatum), Native Thyme (Ozothamnus obcordatus), Native Current (Coprosma quadrifida), Yam Daisy (Microseris walteri), Native Pig-face Salad (Portulaca oleracea),  Blue Flax Paroo Lily (Dianella caerulea). Can include other natives species when in season/available. Australian carrot (Daucus glochidiatus) -small root vegetable picked and eaten much like traditional carrots! Delicious. Native Parsnip (Trachymene incisa) – pretty white flowers with edible tuber, good sized vegetable, cook and eat as you would traditional parsnip!
