Preparation Instructions:

1. Remove the yoghurt pack.
2. Add 63ml (¼ cup) of cold water to the yoghurt mix and shake well.
3. Add 375ml (1½ cups) of boiling water to the main meal pouch.
4. Stir thoroughly, seal the pouch, and let stand for 10–15 minutes.
5. Mix with yoghurt sauce and enjoy straight from the pouch.
