Placing an Order & Customer Support

Please note: We're closed on local and national public holidays.
Shipping & Handling
We aim to get your order on its way within 24 hours (Monday – Friday). Orders are processed in the order they’re received. If you choose express shipping, it applies only to delivery time—not handling. While express services are faster, our couriers can't guarantee exact delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
If tracking is available for your shipment, we'll send you the details as soon as your order is dispatched. Please note, not all orders will have tracking.
Where We Ship From
Most orders are shipped from Beaudesert, QLD 4285, but if it's quicker, we may send your order directly from our supplier.
Shipping Costs & Options
Free Shipping – Available for Most Orders Over $75!
- Applies to most locations in Australia
- Some restrictions apply (see below)
Special Items & Exceptions
- Dangerous Goods – Must be shipped via standard road freight with an extra charge. Free and express shipping don't apply.
- Bulky Items – Also require standard road freight with an additional charge. Free and express shipping aren't available.
Express Shipping (via Australia Post)
- A signature is required for high-value items. If no one is available at the time of delivery, your parcel will be held at your local Post Office for collection.
- We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries if the recipient is unavailable.
Standard Parcel Service
- Shipped via Australia Post or Sendle.
- If your location is deemed unsafe for delivery, your parcel will be held at a nearby Post Office for collection.
Free Postage Service (Orders Over $75)
- PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers aren't eligible for free postage.
- Authority to Leave (ATL) is required for this option.
- We can’t take responsibility for delays, damage due to weather or animals, or theft after delivery.
- If your parcel can’t be delivered (e.g., locked gate, restricted access), it will be taken to a local collection point(such as a newsagent or convenience store).
- Tracking is provided where available, but we only guarantee dispatch notifications.

You can see your shipping costs at checkout, where you'll be able to select from the available delivery options.
Back Orders
If part of your order is out of stock, we'll ship the available items right away and send the rest as soon as it's back in stock—at no extra shipping cost!
If Your Order is Returned to Us
- If your order isn’t collected from the designated pickup point within 5 to 14 business days, it will be sent back to our warehouse.
- If you’d like it re-delivered, we’ll send it via Standard Parcel Post with tracking, and a re-delivery fee will apply.
International Orders
- If you’re ordering from outside Australia, GST will be removed at checkout.
- However, any local taxes, duties, or import fees in your country will be your responsibility.
Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel orders that don’t meet our shipping guidelines. If this happens, we’ll contact you to discuss alternative delivery options, which may involve additional fees.
