Phone Orders & Customer Service 

You can place phone orders or make payments by calling our sales team at 07 5541 3569, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 4pm

Please note that we are closed on all local and national public holidays.

 

 

Shipping and Handling 

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders are processed as received, and express shipping only applies to delivery times, not handling. Delivery times for express services are not guaranteed by our couriers.

 

Order Tracking

If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we’ll update your order with the information. However, not all orders will have tracking available.

 

Dispatch Location

All orders are shipped from Beaudesert, QLD 4285, unless it’s faster to send them directly from our supplier.

 

Shipping Rates Across Australia 

Free Shipping: Available on most products for orders over $75 to most Australian locations. 

Dangerous Goods: Must be shipped via standard road freight, with additional fees. Free and express shipping do not apply. 

Bulky Items: Also require standard road freight with an additional charge. Free and express shipping are unavailable.

 

 

Express Shipping (via Australia Post) 

Signature Required: For high-value items, a signature is mandatory upon delivery. 

If no one is available to receive the parcel, it will be redirected to your local Post Office for collection. 

Note We are not liable for delays or missed deliveries if the recipient is unavailable.

 

 

Standard Parcel Service 

Provided by Australia Post or Sendle

If the location is deemed unsafe for delivery, the parcel will be carded and taken to a nearby Post Office for collection.

 

 

Free Postage Service 

Available for orders over $75, but delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers is not offered. 

Authority to Leave (ATL) is mandatory for this service. 

We are not liable for any delays, damage caused by weather or animals, or theft after delivery. 

If delivery cannot be completed (e.g., locked gates or restricted access), the parcel will be carded and taken to a nearby collection point (such as a newsagent or convenience store). 

Tracking will be provided where available, though only dispatch notifications are guaranteed.

 

 

Freight Cost Calculation 

Shipping costs are calculated in the Checkout Cart, allowing you to select from available delivery options.

 

 

Back Orders 

If part of your order is out of stock, we will ship the available items immediately. The rest will be sent when it becomes available, without additional shipping fees.

 

 

Returned Orders 

Orders that remain uncollected from a designated collection point for 5 to 14 business days will be returned to our warehouse. If you request re-delivery, it will be sent via Standard Parcel Post with tracking, and a re-delivery fee must be paid before dispatch.

 

 

International Orders 

For international purchases, GST will automatically be removed at checkout. However, any local taxes, duties, or import fees in your destination country will be your responsibility to pay.

 

 

Order Cancellation 

We reserve the right to cancel orders if they do not comply with our delivery guidelines. Alternatively, we may contact you to adjust delivery arrangements, which could incur additional fees.
